There is nothing I can say, that she could have been better about- because she brought her *A GAME* EVERY DAY for 6 months ! W/ a small budget, my down payment funds running low as time went on & a crazy market on top of that, she sure delivered! She never let me lose hope & was just constantly on it! Questions?! She's super responsive! (Funny and witty too!) Showings?! almost always, the next day, we were there! Whatever worked with my schedule, she made it happen. I definitely recommend Sara Jackson to anyone looking for a great home buying experience. I met her at an open house she was showing at the time and received a great tour of that home and acquired her buisness card. I called a few days later and asked about setting up some appointments to look at a few homes of intrest and she was very happy to help set them up and even add a few based on my desires. Sara made it very convenient for me working with my schedule and setting up showings on the weekend. I love that after the showings she made sure I was happy with what I saw and offered to show more or even a second look if I wanted to see one of the homes again. She was not pushy about trying to rush me into a home either and told me take my time. I told her of the home I wanted and she sprung into action helping me from being to end with constant communication and making the process a walk in the park. I would recommend Sara to anyone looking for a wonderful home buying experience.

Look, she started and didn't stop until we closed the sale of the home. More importantly she came up with a fair market price range for the home, her communication with us was on point, listed the home, went under contract in less than two weeks and closed the sale in less than a month on market! She never stopped and when we offered suggestions she reacted right away, she also looked after our interest and negotiated in tandem with us and the buyers to ensure we received a fair deal on the home! This said, we also encountered many unexpected obstacles along the way with an extremely short runway to close and she never waivered, she held strong and positive until we reached the finish line.... Sara was wonderful! She was in contact with me and always available to answer questions or give me progress updates. She has a very friendly personality that put me at ease immediately. She made me feel like my happiness was important to her and she did everything she could to help me get the home that I wanted. She even looked up information about the community that she thought would help me. For example: I mentioned that I liked horses and had taken my granddaughter for riding lessons. So, she looked up stables with riding lessons and told me where they were located. I was very impressed by her enthusiasm and hard work!
